This seems to be a trend among homeschool girls: we LOVE our bargains! I know that when I go shopping I may ooh and ahh at the merchandise for a while, touching the expensive dresses and marveling at the hideous state of high fashion, but if I buy something it's probably going to be on the clearance rack! I'm also not afraid to go to a (*gasp*) used clothing store and pick up an entire wardrobe for $20.
Is saving money on clothes important to you? How far will you go to get a deal?

Actually, I am not a huge fan of clothes shopping. It's really tiring for me, so it's hard to do. I really like window shopping though! Sometimes if I see something I like enough (For under $20), I will buy it. Otherwise I usually spend my money on food and electronics. Haha yeah I get really mad whenever I walk into American Eagle or Hollister. They have such poorly made, poorly-covering clothing for outrageous prices!

I love bargains! I made up a little rule once, that I try and use: You should only buy something at full price if it is an emergency, otherwise wait for the sales!!! It's fun. I had to add a little bit though, because I found a scarf which I absolutely loved, and waited for a few weeks and it didn't come on sale, so I bought it anyway! I think it's okay to break my mini rule if it's something that you really really love and will get a lot of use out of.

Widow shopping rules! Most of the time I go into a shop just to touching things and comment on how gosh-awful ugly they are I agree with Servaregis: sales are imperative. If you're buying at full retail, you're paying way too much. But I also agree that there is some "wiggle-room". I've been known to pay some pretty big bucks for something I really wanted and knew I would regret not buying. Every now and then a girl's gotta splurge!
